Even though Chris' passion is in the residential market, he has experience all over the board. As a developer, Chris bought an eight-unit apartment building and redeveloped and transformed it into a beautiful, luxury condominium complex. Ha has also sold a historic office building, an industrial truck maintenance facility and was the national real estate broker for Executive Tans, helping franchisees open 12 salons in seven states.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from the University of California at Santa Cruz. ). He is in the top percentage of Realtors nationally, annually selling tens of millions of dollars in real estate. He has also earned the prestigious Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is recognized by the Seniors Advantage Real Estate Council and the National Association of Realtors as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Chris is a current member of the Orange County Association and The National Association of Realtors. Chris is a licensed broker in the state of California.
